Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the bakery and café outlet
* Manage and supervise service and kitchen team members
* Ensure smooth workflow and maintain high service standards
* Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
* Ensure food hygiene and safety standards in compliance with SFA regulations
* Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision
* Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of the outlet
* Support sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Coordinate with HQ management on operational matters and reporting
Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations or café management
* Experience in bakery, café, or brunch concept will be an advantage
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
