Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy garage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks.
* Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Assist in financial record-keeping using Sage, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as required.
* Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are easily accessible.
Qualifications
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative duties.
* Proficient in computer skills, including Sage
* Familiarity with Sage is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
* Previous clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
