Duties
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Make outbound calls to customers who have enquired via our online forms.
* Provide excellent customer service on behalf of various type of businesses.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and interactions in the system.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English
* Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
