This company are a leading manufacturer of electrical/mechanical equipment and work to service and maintain a wide range of products across the UK.
In this role you will manage the technical support, service engineering, and customer relations departments. You will build and maintain customer relations, develop training packages as well as implement changes and improvements across the business.
