Reeson are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support in a Year 2 class in Swinton, Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities for the teaching assistant:
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support individual students and small groups with their learning.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
Prepare classroom resources and materials as needed.
Foster a love of learning and encourage student participation.Qualifications and Skills required for the teaching assistant:
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting (desirable).
A passion for education and helping children achieve their potential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
