What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of full lifecycle test projects, including:
Working hands-on and producing technical reports.
Looking at Design and analysing data.
Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to define project scope and ensure successful delivery
Contributing to continuous improvement of test methods, equipment, and research capabilityWhat you'll bring
You'll thrive here if you are technically curious, hands-on, and eager to learn. Essential qualities include:
An HND or degree in Mechanical or a related engineering discipline
Minimum 2 years' post-graduation industrial experience
Ability to follow detailed test procedures and deliver work to a high standard
Confident communicator - both written and verbal - with the ability to present findings clearly
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute within a small, highly skilled team
