We're looking for looking for cruise sales professionals with experience of selling high-end, luxury, tailor-made holidays wanting to work for a small but mighty team!
Working for this award winning, independent cruise agency, you’ll be a master at creating bespoke hand-picked itineraries, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service!
Our client's ideal candidate will have experience in selling cruise lines such as Regent, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity and Oceania with a strong cruise sales background selling multiple cruise lines and a flexible approach to working hours.
In return they can offer:
* A salary of £24,000 with uncapped commission OTE £65 - £70k
* Mon – Sunday working on a rota basis
* Working hours from 7am – 8pm on a rota basis
* Benefits including Fam trips, a day off on your birthday, private medical health care and incentives

Role of Cruise Sales Specialist:
* Selling cruise holidays for high end cruise lines
* Tailor making cruise holidays for customers, adding flights, hotel stays, land tours and excursions
* Building rapport with new & existing customers
* Delivering high levels of customer service
* Offering expert advice and personal recommendations
Skills required for the role:
* Previous cruise sales experience - essential
* Experience with tailor-making cruise packages - essential
* Confident and pro-active telephone manner
* Strong sales ability and customer focused approach
* Flexible approach to working hours
