Highstreet Channel Manager – Health & Wellness Division

* Reports to: Divisional Lead (Health & Wellness)
* Accounts: Boots, Superdrug and Holland and Barrett
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing our Highstreet customer base, including Boots, Superdrug and Holland and Barrett. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic account management with a deep understanding of category, shopper behaviour, and brand performance.
Working alongside the Divisional Lead and cross-functional teams, you’ll build strong relationships with buyers, develop tailored commercial plans, and drive distribution growth, promotional execution, and profitability across all Highstreet accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all Highstreet retail accounts (Boots, Superdrug, Holland and Barrett)
* Deliver annual sales, profit, and distribution growth targets
* Develop and execute customer-specific joint business plans
* Identify distribution gaps and drive new listings across brands and formats
* Manage all promotional activity, ensuring strong ROI and compliance
* Work closely with marketing to align trade and consumer activation plans
* Analyse EPOS data to identify opportunities and category insights
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and supply chain contacts
* Present NPD and innovation plans to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, pricing, and stock management
About You
* Proven experience managing Highstreet retail accounts (FMCG experience essential)
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence cross-functionally
* Results-focused with a passion for building brands and growing distribution
* Highly organised and proactive — comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Experience in health, wellness, or functional nutrition categories preferred
