We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
* Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the varying abilities of students.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment conducive to learning.
* Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their academic journey.
* Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student performance, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
* Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
* Provide support for students with special educational needs, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
* Incorporate creative teaching techniques such as theater, sports coaching, or hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant documentation.
Skills
* Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment.
* Proficiency in first aid practices to ensure student safety.
* Experience in special education or working with children who have diverse learning needs.
* Background in early childhood education or childhood development is highly desirable.
* Ability to engage with students through various activities such as tutoring, sports coaching, or camp settings.
* Experience working with students in daycare or childcare environments is beneficial.
* Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively address challenges within the classroom.
