As Bar & Lounge Manager, youll oversee the hotels elegant bar and lounge areas, leading your team to deliver seamless, five-star service. From afternoon teas to bespoke cocktails, youll create an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the hotels refined setting.

Responsibilities as the Bar & Lounge Manager
Leading, training, and motivating your bar and lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring impeccable standards across all areas
Developing creative beverage offerings and seasonal cocktail menus
Managing stock, budgets, and cost control efficiently
Working closely with senior management to maintain smooth service across the hotel
