The team enhances the employee experience through effective people technologies, simplified policies, consistent processes, alternative delivery models and strong data insights. Within this, the Third Party Services team manages relationships and service delivery from outsourced providers across Recruitment & Onboarding, IT Asset Management, Screening & Vetting, HC activities and Helpdesk support.
The role supports PwC's operational screening and security vetting, maintaining high BAU standards while driving continuous improvement, reducing risk and improving the experience for our people. What your days will look like:
* Support delivery of pre‑employment and client screening processes, ensuring full compliance with internal and client requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with third‑party screening providers and act as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
* Serve as the expert on PwC screening policies, partnering with People Function Services and client teams to ensure compliance.
* Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and enhance screening processes and the candidate experience through technology.
* Manage BPSS clearance, maintain required documentation, and complete compliance reporting, training, data loads and purging (e.g., via Alteryx).
* Oversee access to third‑party systems, resolve access issues, and support security clearance activities for Government and Public Sector clients.

* Proactively identifies opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate and influence change
* Holding of a current UK Security Clearance would be advantageous
