The Role:
We are seeking an organised, proactive Staffing Co-ordinator to join our operations team, reporting to the Head of Operations. This is a pivotal role supporting night-time economy operations across the South Coast, ensuring security and support staff are recruited, scheduled, and managed effectively across multiple venues on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit and onboard security and operational support staff, ideally with night-time economy or events experience.
* Manage incoming enquiries from staff and clients with professionalism and efficiency.
* Allocate and oversee shift schedules to ensure seamless operational coverage across multiple venues.
* Work rotationally on-site at venues as required, supporting operational delivery and staff coordination.
* Attend head office approximately twice a week for planning, meetings, and administrative tasks.
* Support day-to-day operational queries, particularly relating to night-time economy events.
* Undertake other reasonable duties as required to support the team.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in staffing, operations, or event management is highly desirable.
* Experience or interest in the night-time economy (bars, clubs, live events) is a strong advantage.
* Full driving licence essential, as travel to multiple venues and head office is required.
* Flexible and adaptable to operational needs, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
This role is offered on an annualised hours basis, averaging 40 hours per week (24 office/remote hours and 16 operational hours). Hours will vary based on operational requirements, with frequent weekend and night-time shifts, plus travel to venues and head office.

Additional Information:
* 6-week probationary period, with performance review.
* Notice periods in line with ACAS guidance: 2 weeks during probation; post-probation 1 month per completed year of service (up to 12 weeks).
