* Free breakfast and a complimentary two-course home-cooked lunch daily;
* Additional Wellbeing Days beyond scheduled INSET Days;
* An opportunity to request an extra paid day off of your choice during the school year as a token of appreciation;

* Free access to sector-leading CPD;
* Discounts on everyday purchases via EdenRed;
* A comprehensive free health plan through Simplyhealth;
* A cycle-to-work scheme via Halfords.
When Ofsted visited in July 2023, we were judged ‘Good’ in all areas. We are especially proud of these comments:
“The school ethos of ‘high standards, daring to dream, traditional values, success, and personalized support’ is shared by all.”
“Leaders lead with integrity and determination. They are ambitious for all pupils. They do not use pupils’ past educational experiences as an excuse for low standards. Instead, they demand the best from pupils.”
The successful candidate will:
* Provide support to the Senior Team;
* Manage school operations;
* Support in confidential HR administration.
Prospective candidates are welcome to visit the school before applying. Please contact Elaine Woodward via e.woodward@tls.merciantrust.org.uk or call 01922 285848.
