Warehouse Operatives
Location: Doncaster
Pay Rate: Day £12.21 Night £15.26
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Days (7am–7pm) / Nights (7pm–7am)
The Role:
Ideal Recruit are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing team. You’ll be responsible for:
Picking & packing customer orders
Loading/unloading deliveries
Stock checks & inventory management
Keeping the warehouse safe, clean & organised
Requirements:
✅ Previous warehouse experience preferred
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Physically fit (lifting & moving goods)
✅ Team player with good attention to detail
✅ Forklift licence desirable (not essential)
