Join our Major Projects team working on the framework with Northumbrian Water to deliver prestigious water and wastewater capital projects in the North East.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Designing electrical and control systems to enhance supply and treatment on Northumbrian Water's critical sites.
2. Spanning the full project lifecycle from concept and detailed design to construction, commissioning, and handover.
Mott MacDonald Bentley has secured the AMP8 Enterprise capital delivery framework with Northumbrian Water, providing high-profile work in the region for up to 12 years.
What You Can Offer:
You should:
* Be a Chartered or Incorporated member of the IET with extensive experience in water or wastewater treatment design.
* Have knowledge of the Designer and Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.
* Have experience in managing design quality control processes.
You will ensure that electrical designs meet Northumbrian Water standards and industry best practices, emphasizing efficiency and sustainability. Collaborate within an integrated design and build team, working closely with client project, operational, and technical teams to optimize delivery. Mentor junior team members to foster career development and technical excellence.
