DAY SHIFT ONLY! Stores Assistant Corby NN17 5DP £12.60ph Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm Friday 7.00am - 2.00pm Immediate start, Free Parking.
Due to the continued success of our client who are a market leading company in their field, based in Corby Northamptonshire, have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Assistant, where you will be working with a small experienced team.
Role
* Maintain stock levels and replenish as and when required
* Load and unload stock when necessary
* Pack and despatch customer orders when required
* Operate various hand tools (once trained)
* Operate the forklift when required - Counterbalance
* Always adhere to all health and safety practices
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
* Complete and return works orders/despatch paperwork to Despatch Manager
* Perform other duties as assigned by Despatch Manager
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a store | warehouse environment
* Comfortable handling materials and working with lifting
* Able to follow instructions and work to specification sheets
* Hold a counterbalance forklift license
* Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
We would expect the successful Stores Assistant to demonstrate proficiency within a warehouse production environment.
