Fram Search is working with a financial services business that is seeking to engage with an experienced operations leader for a 12 to 18 month fixed-term contract. The role sits within a core area of the business, overseeing customer and intermediary instructions relating to pensions and investments, and supporting the delivery of high-quality service across multiple operational functions.
This is a people-focused role, with direct accountability for a small team. The successful individual would be responsible for maintaining service standards, supporting team development, and ensuring that operational activity is completed accurately and within required timeframes. There is a strong emphasis on reporting and governance, including the delivery of operational data to regulatory bodies, clients, and internal stakeholders. An ability to extract insights from MI and to use data to drive continuous improvement will be important.
The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, and would suit someone who is confident managing multiple priorities while also working closely with senior management. We are keen to speak with individuals who have a strong background in operational leadership within financial services, particularly those with experience managing teams, delivering against SLAs, and contributing to policy and process development. Strong people management skills, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to coach and develop others will all be key to success in this role.
