The CRM Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the CRM Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Betway sports and casino product. The role will be responsible for growing the retention programme across the UK within the products. The role will collaborate cross functionally with Trading, Acquisition, Product, Creative and Technology teams to ensure strategy alignment. This role requires a good understanding of how to use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

1. Lead the efforts of the Betway CRM team to meet customer requirements
2. Responsible for the measurement, reporting and optimisation of all CRM activities within Betway
3. Managing a team of 4 CRM executives
4. Building relationships with stakeholders in the wider business to deliver on larger projects
5. Create and manage both the event/sport focussed and lifecycle CRM calendars
6. Ensure all promotions and communications are aligned to business value
7. Implement personalisation strategies based on a data driven approach
8. Identify gaps and develop new processes and procedures to ensure CRM best practice and alignment
9. Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners to ensure strategy alignment
10. Manage relationship with external CRM suppliers
11. Identifying new innovative opportunities and industry leading CRM strategies

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

24. In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
25. Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
26. Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
27. Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
28. Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
