<div><p>We are easyJet, a low‑cost airline operating across Europe.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>As a UX Designer for CRO/Experimentation, you’ll design and deliver A/B and multivariate tests across easyJet’s digital platforms, creating seamless and engaging experiences for millions of customers.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design user experiences and UI solutions for experimentation and optimisation activity</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, developers and designers across the business</li><li>Gather and interpret design and testing requirements with stakeholders</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes and polished design solutions in Figma</li><li>Support user research and validation using a range of methodologies and tools</li><li>Use platforms such as Userlytics to understand customer behaviour and experience</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of CRO processes and team efficiency</li><li>Ensure designs are aligned to accessibility standards and easyJet brand guidelines</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Extensive experience in UX and UI design, CRO design, product design</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating customer‑focused digital design work</li><li>Experience designing for web and mobile products</li><li>Good understanding of CSS and HTML</li><li>Experience using user testing platforms such as Userlytics</li><li>Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping</li><li>Experience working within agile delivery environments</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Experience with JIRA or similar project management platforms</li><li>Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles</li><li>Proactive mindset with confidence to challenge existing approaches and drive innovation</li></ul><h3>What You’ll Get</h3><ul><li>Competitive base salary</li><li>Up to 20% bonus</li><li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>BAYE, SAYE and performance share schemes</li><li>5% pension</li><li>Life assurance</li><li>Flexible benefits package</li><li>Excellent staff travel benefits</li></ul><h3>Practicalities</h3><p>This is a full‑time position.
