A great opportunity has arisen within the Place for London Asset Management team for an experienced Senior Property Surveyor to join a diverse and inclusive workforce on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the business and support the day-to-day running of the Asset Management function.
You will oversee a varied and high-profile property portfolio, delivering a broad range of professional property services. The role spans traditional landlord and tenant responsibilities alongside more strategic asset management work, helping to influence the long-term performance and direction of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and overseeing professional property matters across a diverse asset portfolio
2. Leading lease renewals, rent reviews, and rental negotiations
3. Providing asset management advice to maximise income and asset value
4. Supporting strategic initiatives and longer-term asset management objectives
5. Liaising with internal teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders
6. Ensuring compliance with best practice, governance, and professional standards
