We are recruiting for a Member Support Officerto join our continually growing Pension Services area.Our brand-new offices are based at the i9 building in Wolverhampton and is an excellent location for transport links by car, bus, train and tram.
What the day will look like
Responsibilities include:
* To design and produce presentation slides for the Member Relationship Officers to use and other marketing materials for Fund events.
* To assist the team in launching Webinars across the Fund’s employers.
* To present at small events delivered to employees, employers or representatives and provide front facing support to members of the fund both at Fund events and visitors to the Fund.
* To assist with ensuring that material for the Fund’s website and member literature is up to date and relevant.
* To research, target and deliver individual pension meetings to members who work in hard to reach areas across all our employers.
* To establish partnership working arrangements with relevant organisations in both the private and public sectors to enhance a front-facing service.
About you
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, creative, flexible and have excellent communication skills.They must have significant pension’s knowledge and experience and be able to demonstrate good presentation skills.
