The University's Facilities Management function provides a critical service to ensure that students, staff, visitors, and prospective students have an excellent and memorable experience of our physical environment. We have an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding Maintenance Services Manager who will ensure that our campus sites remain safe, secure, vibrant, and in the best possible condition. As part of the highly regarded Estates department, you will lead a capable in-house team, manage multiple contracts and contractors, and oversee a suitable budget.

You will have a passion for sustainability and understand the importance of addressing climate change and ecological concerns to manage the estate in line with sector-leading policies. You will also have an attention to detail, particularly regarding Health & Safety, financial, and contractual matters. Helping us evolve our culture of trust and support, you will enjoy a degree of autonomy, be encouraged to be innovative and creative, especially in finding efficiencies.
