Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customer needs, ensure operational efficiency, and conduct regular store walks.
* People: Encourage staff suggestions, provide feedback, create a respectful team environment, and manage performance with HR support.
* Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, ensure proper merchandising, coach staff on upselling, and identify areas for improvement.
* Operations: Manage KPIs, maintain standards, oversee stock and equipment, ensure health & safety compliance, and handle opening/closing procedures.
Key Requisites
* Previous experience running restaurants
* Flexible and disciplined work approach
* Experience in food environment is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* High standards of food hygiene and safety
* Experience handling customer complaints
* Adherence to health and safety procedures
