You'll be close to the product and the customer, bringing your own ideas and instincts to the table every single day.
The Role 📝
This isn't a role where you'll be handed a static calendar. You will be:
* ✅ Creating & Curating: Planning Instagram and TikTok calendars while capturing your own "lo-fi" content for Stories and Reels.

* ✅ Writing for Reach: Crafting captions that are engaging and SEO-optimized.
*
* ✅ Growing our Community: Managing our affiliate program—from recruiting new talent to writing high-converting briefs.
*
* ✅ Hands-on Logistics: Coordinating gifting and packing PR boxes with those personal touches that make us stand out.
*
* ✅ E-Commerce Support: Keeping the website fresh by writing product descriptions and managing tags as our range grows.

What We’re Looking For ✨
* 📱 Social Native: You don't just "use" social media; you notice trends and understand why content works.

* 🎬 Creative Skills: You’re comfortable with basic editing tools (like CapCut) and have a sharp eye for aesthetics.

* ⚙️ Self-Starter: You are organized and self-sufficient enough to manage your own workload.
*
* 📦 Physical Pro: You are comfortable with the physical side of the job, including gifting logistics and packing boxes.

* 🎓 Experience: This is an entry-level role. We value placement years, freelance portfolios, or 1–2 years of experience.
