We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our Facilities Management and Building Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Carrying out a wide range of joinery works within the Repairs Team
Undertaking maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to a high standard
Working on occupied and unoccupied properties as required
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
Using tools, equipment, and materials efficiently and responsibly What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Joiner within a maintenance or repairs environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship
Good time management and organisational skills
Awareness of health & safety procedures Dress Code / PPE
