The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to grow our presence in pubs, bars, retailers, and beyond. You'll develop sales strategies, build relationships, manage key accounts, and represent our brand at events and in the community.
What You'll Do
* Drive sales across pubs, bars, retailers, and other channels in Wales and beyond.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Manage social media and digital engagement to boost brand presence.
* Represent the brewery at events, awards, and community initiatives.
* Track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyse data to inform decisions.
* Collaborate with the team to meet business goals and prepare reports.
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in B2B or hospitality.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Experience managing or supporting a team.
* Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
* Creativity in social media or marketing content.
* Passion for craft beer and supporting local communities.
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
