About the role
We’re on the lookout for a Production Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team, preparing high-quality food for our restaurants, cafés, and events. From crafting fresh sandwiches and baking breads to prepping vegetables and plating dishes, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and efficient food service across our venues.
This is a full time role (45 hours per week) and on site live-in accommodation may be available if required which is inclusive of bills and included three free meals per day from our staff canteen.
What we need from you
1. Kitchen Experience – Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food production environment is preferred.
2. Great Attention to Detail – Consistency and quality are key, whether you’re prepping, plating, or baking.
3. Team Player – Work closely with our chefs and kitchen teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
4. Organisation & Efficiency – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping standards high.
5. Flexibility – Shifts will vary, so we need team members who can adapt to the needs of the business.
What you’ll get from us
6. £32,700 per annum plus a share of tips, estimated £2,000 per annum.
7. Live-in Accommodation – On-site, affordable housing with bills included may be available. Most rooms are single occupancy with an ensuite, though this isn’t guaranteed. Availability and rates (set by HMRC) can be discussed at interview.
