Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP SD / Warranty Functional Consultant to support a major SAP development and transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering and supporting SAP SD and Warranty Management solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to optimise processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* SAP SD & Warranty Solution Delivery
o Lead implementation and support activities across:
+ SAP SD
+ Warranty Management
o Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
o Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP SD and Warranty functionality
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
o Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders
o Identify process gaps, risks, and optimisation opportunities
o Act as the functional liaison between:
+ Business users
+ Technical and development teams
Configuration, Support & Troubleshooting
o Support:
+ Pricing procedure configuration
+ Warranty process setup and optimisation
+ Functional troubleshooting and defect resolution
o Investigate and resolve high-priority issues and production incidents
o Support change requests, transports, and system enhancements
Testing & Documentation
o Prepare and maintain:
+ Functional design documentation
+ Test cases and execution results
+ Process and solution documentation
o Support:
+ UAT and regression testing
+ Hypercare and post-go-live support
o Provide ad-hoc user training and knowledge transfer
Key Skills:
* 5+ years’ experience in:
o SAP SD configuration and support
o SAP Warranty Management and VMS
* Strong expertise in:
o Pricing procedures
o Warranty configuration
o OTC and customer service processes
* Strong understanding of integrations with:
o FICO
o MM
o PP
o EWM
* Proven ability to:
o Manage multiple deliverables and priorities
o Work independently within enterprise delivery environments
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
