Job Description
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate and reliable Paediatric Complex Care Support Worker to join the care team for a beautiful 8‑year‑old girl living at home in Aston, Birmingham with her loving family. As the youngest of five children, she is surrounded by warmth, attention and continuous family involvement in her care.
About me:

* Post‑traumatic quadriplegia
* 24/7 invasive ventilation
My daily care also includes intermittent catheterisation, PEG feeds and medication, bowel care, cough assist and nebulisers. While experience in these areas is desirable, full training will be provided.
Despite my complex needs, I am an expressive, engaging and affectionate little girl, non‑verbal but demonstrates good understanding and enjoys interacting through my favourite activities. I love my tablet—especially YouTube shows like Ben and Holly and Peppa Pig—story time, nursery rhymes and calm, gentle company. I attend school five days a week, where I thrive on routine, social interaction and structured support.
