What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems Experience delivering complex, people-impacting change programmes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A solid understanding of training principles and change enablement Resilience and composure under pressure Experience in large-scale technology change, distributed change programmes, or UAT testing would be a plus.
