Job Description:
* Provide day-to-day support for all allocated stores, including ordering, reconciliations, banking, and queries.
* Suggest new ideas for process improvements across the Company Owned and Operated retail stores to enhance business processes.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for the stores within your remit as directed by the Team Leader Retail Support Team.
* Serve as an escalation point and provide support for Store Managers and their teams for back office processes or issues.
* Maintain categories for dry stock across the retail network.
* Monitor store adherence to company processes and policies, escalate non-compliance, and work with store teams to improve understanding and compliance, offering coaching as needed.
* Assist Area Managers and Store Managers with recruitment paperwork and follow-up actions to optimize labor models.
* Participate in quarterly team meetings with Area Managers, understand KPIs, and support the implementation of site and area plans collaboratively.
