We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the catering and hospitality services across two Defence Messes at Beachley Barracks.
As a Hospitality Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our operations, ensuring excellent service standards and smooth delivery of all hospitality and catering functions.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for great service.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all hospitality and catering services on site.
Manage day-to-day soft facilities (FM) service delivery.
Maintain regular communication with the client and follow up on any agreed actions.
Complete and act on client satisfaction surveys and feedback.
Promote the Mess facilities and act as a positive representative of the company.
Ensure all hospitality is delivered to a high standard and look for opportunities to increase revenue.
Manage budgets, monitor costs and sales, and maintain accurate financial records.
Schedule staff effectively in line with business needs.
Ensure customer requirements are shared across departments for smooth planning and delivery.
About You Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or event management.
Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills.
Confident using computers and hospitality systems.
Positive "can-do" attitude and great attention to detail.
Passion for food, service, and creating a welcoming environment.
