Job Title: Qualified Teacher

Pay: £172.98 per day (paid weekly)
Teaching Personnel are working with primary schools in the NP25 area who are seeking a Qualified Teacher to join their team. This role is suitable for an experienced teacher or an ECT who is confident in the classroom and committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching.

About the Role
* Full class teaching responsibility within a primary setting
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
* Supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including ALN/SEN
* Using strong behaviour management to create a positive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and senior staff
* Contributing positively to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
* Confident managing behaviour and classroom routines
* Committed to inclusive teaching and supporting all learners
* Proactive, reliable and able to adapt to different school environments
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about making a positive impact on pupils’ learning
