The Role – Starting September
As an ALN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored learning activities for individuals and small groups.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting on achievements.

Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to implement effective support strategies.
*
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, acting as a role model for pupils.
