About The Role
This role is to support with our rooms projects. The Rooms Project Painter is responsible for overseeing all painting activities within the assigned parts of the hotel. This includes the maintenance and enhancement of the assigned parts of the hotel’s interior and exterior spaces, ensuring that all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings are painted to the highest standards. The Rooms Project Painter ensures the proper preparation of surfaces, the adequacy of finishes, and maintains the aesthetic quality of the assigned part of the hotel’s facilities. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality and safety standards, practical skills such as grouting and silicone application would be considered an advantage, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating consistency and drive to complete scheduled PPM programs on time.
