Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, and address any issues promptly and safely.
Qualifications
- A great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
- Act as a role model to the team, delivering great service and giving a warm welcome to every customer.
- Adapt quickly to challenges during a busy shift and think on your feet.
