Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our trade sales. This role is responsible for driving revenue, building long‑term relationships with trade customers, and promoting the Casa Floors brand across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets and growth objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, contractors, and key accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
* Deliver product knowledge, training, and support to trade partners as needed.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the Head of Sales.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, ideally within the building, construction, or flooring industry.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Willingness to travel across the region as required.
* Full UK driving licence.
