Leap29 are working with an international Oil service company, who are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join their team in Aberdeen on a 12 month renewable contract.
Responsibilities:
* Assist current Project Managers with Maintenance of EPM Project Data utilizing MS Project data, SAP, and Face to Face meetings
* Maintain multiple Projects Schedules across multiple Sub PSL Groups.
* Gather and screen data and information on all engineering & projects related activities, working with the projects portfolio manager and project/discipline engineers.
* Ability to create integrated activity plan in Primavera P6
* Working with various departments, in order to establish a feasible plan for all stakeholders
* Creating an overall plan of the full engineering and projects department with all jobs cross-referenced to the integrated activity plan.
* Plan optimisation - attend planning meetings, identify possible improvements and implement these in the engineering and project activities.
* Knowledge of developments in own discipline
* Ensure administration is in line with operating procedures and CMMS system, to ensure it complies with relevant legislation and HSSE standards.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a similar position
* Knowledge of scheduling practice using Critical Path Methodology.
* Handle multiple detailed tasks at once and a focus on customer service
