What you will be doing...
* Greeting owners and guests with a smile, ensuring smooth check-ins.
* Providing information about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or over the phone.
* Supporting owner and guest requests, feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
* Keeping admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, and arrivals.
* Helping deliver memorable events for owners and guests.
