Potensis Selection is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, residential developer operating across the South East. The company has a strong track record of delivering high-quality housing schemes and is entering a new phase of growth. It is now seeking a Managing Director to lead its operations and drive strategic expansion.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational functions
* Develop and execute strategic plans to support growth and delivery targets
* Manage financial performance, reporting, and governance (including full P&L responsibility)
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including local authorities and clients
* Lead and mentor senior staff across
* Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture focused on quality and community impact
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role within residential development or construction
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* In-depth understanding of development, and delivery processes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Willingness to travel across the South East
* Highly competitive base salary
