Keeping these systems running smoothly is essential. As an Apprentice, youll learn how to support these systems and help the team with day-to-day IT tasks. Youll work closely with the IT Manager and upscale issues when needed. This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT and smart technology with plenty of guidance and training.
Key Duties
* Learn how to provide basic technical support to staff, both in person and remotely.
* Assist with setting up computers, installing software, and keeping systems updated.
* Help maintain the security of data and networks.
* Support with creating and managing user accounts and permissions.
* Work with managers and directors on IT-related tasks and learn about new technologies like IoT (Internet of Things).
