As a future Asset Management Analyst, you will report to our Sector Lead and be part of AXA IM Alts, Real Assets.

The Analyst contributes to managing and creating value for AXA REIM managed properties.
The Analyst assists the Asset Management team and helps define and implement the best value creation strategies for assets. The responsibilities include:
* Collect and analyze relevant data/documentation at the asset level (technical, legal, tax, commercial)
* Contribute to asset strategy definition and annual business plan preparation
* Maintain financial models (DCF)
* Assist in preparing and monitoring asset budgets (revenues, opex, capex), coordinating with property managers or asset operators
* Collect and analyze ESG data, understanding its importance and future impact on real estate
* Monitor external valuations
* Track asset KPIs and contribute to investor reporting
* Supervise tenancy issues, claims, and potential legal actions with advisors
* Implement marketing and letting strategies
* Oversee refurbishment or development programs with internal/external experts
* Assist in disposals (data room, valuation, RFP)
* Support investment underwriting led by acquisitions teams
* Provide analytical and presentation support on strategic/managerial topics

Qualifications and experience:
* Degree in business or real estate
* RICS qualified or accredited university course
* Studying for the APC
* Interest in gaining real estate sector experience
* Willingness to learn legislations and financial techniques related to real estate investments

* Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented in an international environment
* Autonomous, proactive, entrepreneurial, results-driven
* Analytical and synthesis skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Fluent in English
