Lead Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
* Leading by example and coaching and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.
* Ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational at all times.
* Managing stock accuracy and ensuring that customers receive the best possible shopping experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
* A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
* The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team and rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor.
* Great people skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
