About the role:
Do you have a passion for coffee and a track record in Key account management within the SDA or consumer electronics space? We're looking for a commercially-minded, relationship-driven professional to join our team and take ownership of key retail accounts - with a spotlight on the coffee category.
This is a great opportunity to work with a leading brand, shape retail strategy, and drive results with major partners.
Key responsibilities include:
* Be the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
* Maintain accurate and up to date account plans and report all aspects of business to the Sales Manager.
* Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and ensure a competitive edge.
* Plan account activities collaboratively with Trade Marketing colleagues including effective product displays, services, promotional plans, store merchandising, staff training programmes and sales incentives.
* Provide accurate quantity and financial forecast outlooks.
* Work closely with the team to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
* Develop and execute strategies to drive growth within this critical market segment.
* Act swiftly and decisively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and quick thinking.
* Maintain a keen attention to detail in all aspects of account management, from strategy development to execution.
* Develop effective customer relationships with all relevant functions - commercial, buying, supply chain, store support and operations.
We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
* Strong commercial acumen
* Experience with Currys? Big plus.
* A love for coffee? Even better.
* Commutable to London, hybrid role and travel to the London 2 times per week min.
* Full UK Driving Licence required
* Strongly preferred: Experience managing large retailer accounts.
