About the Role
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support the founders and help keep the business running smoothly day-to-day.
This role is about taking coordination, admin, and follow-ups off the founder’s plate so they can focus on revenue, growth, and partnerships.
You’ll be working closely with the founders, managing schedules, tracking tasks, and making sure nothing gets missed.
This is not a purely administrative role - we’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing founder calendars, scheduling, and protecting focus time
* Preparing meeting agendas and tracking follow-ups
* Managing inboxes where needed and flagging key items
* Chasing actions and making sure tasks are completed
* Coordinating internally with the team on deliverables and updates
* Supporting client communication (follow-ups, scheduling, coordination)
* Keep track of documents, contracts, and admin (e.g. PandaDoc)
* Supporting light finance coordination (e.g. invoice follow-ups)
* Acting as a central point of coordination across the business
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box, but strong candidates will demonstrate:
* 1-3 years in an EA, PA, admin or operations role (or similar fast-paced environment)
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
* Confidence following up and chasing actions
* Clear, professional communication
* Ability to work independently without constant direction
* Comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Nice to Have
* Experience in a startup, scale-up, or agency environment
* Experience supporting founders or small leadership teams
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp
* Comfortable working across time zones (UK/US)

* Founders calendars and scheduling fully managed
* Emails and follow-ups handled without things being missed
* Tasks and actions consistently tracked and completed
* Clear visibility of what is outstanding and in progress
* Reduced need for founders to manage admin and coordination
