Primary Responsibilities Include:

* Own and implement Wellbore Integrity Solutions (Company) QHSE Management system in the Region
* Develop a competent and motivated QHSE organisation in the Region
* Participate in developing and Monitor compliance of QHSE policies, standards, procedures, and regulations. Build plans to improve the compliance.
* Ensure compliance with QHSE related legal requirements in the assigned Region/Countries
* Develop managers' commitment, leadership and accountability for ensuring that QHSE is an integral part of Company management responsibilities and objectives
* Lead and Coach employees on all aspects of QHSE and QHSE management system
* Identify QHSE training requirements and implement programs according to the Company and legislation requirements. Provide onsite QHSE training and coaching as needed
* Monitor and communicate QHSE objectives and results. Provide accurate QHSE data, trend analysis and associated metrics as required with actionable improvement plans
* Actively monitor and follow-up on all QHSE reports and facilitate QHSE team meetings at assigned Region/Countries/Locations
* Plan, conduct and assist in compliance audits, self-audits and inspections
* Ensure that the Regional facilities' infrastructure is in line with the Company HSE and security requirements
* Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement of service delivery and communicate findings back to the organisation/QHSE function
* Support operations to run consistent risk analysis and define effective risk mitigation plans
* Ensure all relevant QHSE documentation is updated and available at assigned countries/sites in compliance with regulations or Company requirements
* Communicate with clients on QHSE requests, quality plans, site visits, audits and tenders
* Performa regular reviews and analysis of all QHSE data logged in databases to ensure it is correct and up to date. This includes management of failure statistics, incidents, observations, Inspections, Audits, Training and other reports in the Company QHSE Reporting system
* Develop QHSE partnerships with customers, suppliers and agencies and promote Company QHSE leadership within the Industry

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years relevant QHSE experience in the oil and gas related industry
* Professional certifications and/or additional education in the QHSE field strongly desired
* Preferred experience with API Q1 and Q2 and ISO9001/14001 Compliance
* Ability to coach, lead, and motivate employees in all aspects of QHSE
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the business
* Strong computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Multi-tasking ability and able to respond to emergency situations effectively
* Ability to travel to jobsites, assigned locations and respond to after-hour incidents and take calls outside of normal business hours
* Travel up to 50% of the time, some overnight/weekend stays
