Lettings Negotiator – Job Details
As a Lettings Negotiator at [brand] Estate Agents in [Location], you will receive:
* £28,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

Training & Development
Initially, you will spend two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre located in Colchester:
* Purpose‑built training location
* Industry‑leading training through one‑to‑one and group sessions
* Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
* Fully paid hotel stay for the duration of your training
* Breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal provided during your stay
Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue training and development with support from your mentor

Requirements
* Must have access to your own vehicle
* Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car
