Final Inspector – Quality Permanent £15.99/hour (£31,180.50 annually) Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:15pm & Friday: 7:30am – 12:00pm Leicester Final Inspector Job Description Perform final inspection of precision components using gauges, micrometres, and verniers. Interpret engineering drawings and Inspection Control Plans to verify product conformity. Accurately record and store inspection results electronically. Report non-conformances and assist with root cause investigation and resolution. Support continuous improvement and maintain a professional, tidy workspace.Final Inspector Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Proven experience inspecting high-precision components in manufacturing. Confident using a range of dimensional measurement tools. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Background in aerospace or other regulated industries (e.g. nuclear, rail, automotive). Flexible to work occasional weekend overtime (typically once a month).
