* Deliver comfort and peace to those nearing end of life in their own homes.

This is not a split-shift role. We ensure continuity of care and stable, pair-based assignments.
Responsibilities
* Provide in-home, person-centered end-of-life care.
* Help with daily living activities
* Communicate with clients, families, and the care team.
* Support emotional and spiritual well-being; respect preferences.
* Maintain accurate records; flag changes in needs.
* Follow care plans, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
* Caring, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
* Care experience helpful but not required (training provided).
* Driver's license with access to a vehicle.
* Able to work effectively in a pair; strong teamwork.
* Must work every other weekend
* Reliable, flexible, and empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills.

Location Coverage
You will be allocated to your local area but may e asked to cover other areas occasionally as needed.
Somerset: Taunton, Wellington, Chard, Ilminster, Yeovil, Frome, Bridgwater, Cheddar, Highbridge, Burnham-on-Sea, Street, Glastonbury, and surrounding areas.
