Direct Production SpecialistFunction:Supply ChainLocation:LisburnContract:Fixed Term Contractx 2 (6 months / 12 months)ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBCoca-Cola HBC NI is seeking to recruit a Production Specialist to support and optimise production operations across the manufacturing environment.Reporting to the Area Production Manager and working collaboratively with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering teams, the Production Specialist will be responsible for supporting SAP transactions, inventory control, yield analysis, material reconciliation, and performance improvement activities across the production operation.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support daily production operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted processesMonitor and analyse production performance, focusing on yield, waste, and efficiencyMaintain and manage SAP transactions including confirmations, goods movements, and stock adjustmentsEnsure accuracy and timeliness of system postings in line with operational requirementsAct as a key point of contact for SAP and production system-related issuesEnsure accurate tracking and reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goodsConduct regular stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies or variancesSupport end-of-month stock and reporting processesTrack and analyse yield performance across production linesInvestigate losses, waste, and inefficiencies using structured problem-solving tools such as A3 and RCAGenerate and analyse reports to support operational and strategic decision-makingSupport KPI/KBI tracking and performance reviewsDrive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean and Operational Excellence principlesSupport 5S, GMP, and operational discipline within the production environmentAct as a key liaison between Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and LogisticsEnsure clear communication of risks, priorities, and operational issuesOther duties as and when requiredARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?Essential CriteriaStrong working knowledge of SAP (production and inventory modules essential)High level proficiency in Excel and data analysisExperience with inventory management systems and stock control processesSolid understanding of production processes, yields, and efficiency metricsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHigh level of ownership and accountabilityDesired CriteriaExperience within a manufacturing / FMCG environmentKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, A3, or continuous improvement toolsExperience supporting yield improvement or waste reduction initiativesForklift Truck trained5S trainedSkills:Supply Chain Production Specialist FMCGWHJS1_NI
